Visit Crescent Beach at the Silver Sands! With only 1 cottage and 3 suites on a large, oceanfront property, there is plenty of space for our guests. There are no indoor common areas and multiple outdoor areas on the property; and, of course, the beach. The two cottages have private patios and the large, multi-level courtyard has 3 tables for our suites.

Originally opening in the 1950's, The Silver Sands retains the old Florida feel while all the self-catered suites and cottages have been recently fully-renovated and modernized. Located just south of historic St. Augustine at beautiful Crescent Beach, situated on nearly two acres of oceanfront dune property on Anastasia Island, our delightful accommodations are nestled within a naturalistic setting and offer easy access to the activities that keep visitors coming back time and time again.

With only one cottage and three suites on the entire property, The Silver Sands feels like your own private tropical escape. Relish the quiet moments amongst the palms and flowering tropical plants of the property. Share a meal or a drink with family and friends in our courtyard or on your own private patio. Enjoy direct access to the beautiful white sand beaches for swimming, surfing, and fishing. And if you decide to venture from your secluded oasis, you'll be hard pressed to decide what to do first!
